Intussusception as a complication of Schdnlein-Henoch Vasculitis is rare but interesting laeacuse of the diagnostic problems. The world literature reports about 40 cases, incluing one case previously reported in Korea.
In this article we report the case of a 4 year old boy whose intussusception was treated surgically during his 4 days admission, and we make a review of the literature.
