A case of S.L.E. in a 11-years old boy was presented with a brief review of the literature.
He was admitted with the chief complaints of generalized edema, dyspnea and skin lesion.
He showed a butterfly rash on the face and nasal bridges, alopecia, infected scaly crusted
skin lesions on scalp and face. Generalized edema, Hepatomegaly and photosensitivity were
