Nesidioblastosis is an extremely rare disorder of unknown origin, resulted from inappropriate control of early development of endocrine pancreas. A Case of Unilateral Renal Agenesis Associated with Acute Renal Failure.

The authors experienced a case of unilateral renal agenesis associated with hydronephrosis resulted from U.P.J. obstruction of contralateral kidney. The patient was a 7 year old girl who was hospitalized with sudden onset of renal failure and the diagnosis was made by intravenous pyelography, abdominal ultrasonogram and C-T scan.
