A case of mediastinal tuberculous lymphadnitis in 5 year old male child was reported. Clinical symptoms were disappeared and chest CT findings showed very much improvement after administra- tion of Isoniazid, Rifampin and Prednisolone for 4 months. A brief review of literature was presented.

Two Cases of Nephropathy in Association with Acute Rheumatic Fever.

Two cases of nephropathy in association with acute rheumatic fever are presented. Both patients had Rheumatic carditis with mitral valvular involvement and positive urinary laboratory findings of significant hematuria and proteinuria. There was no relapse of nephropathy after initial recovery and both patients are getting monthly injection of Benzatine-penicillin as prophylaxis to prevent recurrence of rheumatic fever.
