In order to study about the change of ADH secretion in allergic animal, we sensitized guinea pigs with cow's milk in two ways, parenterally or orally. Parenterally sensitized guinea pigs were given 0.3c.c. of raw cow's milk subcutaneously and intraperitoneally, respectively.
