Malignant ectomesenchymoma is a rare tumor originating from remnants of migratory neural crest(ectomesenchyme) and composed of neuroectodermal as well as mesenchymal components. Neuroblasts and ganglion cells constitute the neuroectodermal components and rhabdomyosarcoma is the most frequently encountered mesenchymal components.
