Interrupted aortic arch is a congenital anomaly in which discontinuity is present between ascending and descending aorta, and is associated frequently with ventricular septal defect and patent ductus arteriosus. Authors experienced a case of interrupted aortic arch in a 4 year old boy associated with a ventriculalr septal defect and patent ductus arteriosus.
