Seven patients with cardiofacial syndrome were observed for twenty months from Oct. 1983 to May. 1985 at the Pediatric Department of Seoul National University. Age ranged from 1 months to 10 years and six patients were male. Right-sided facial palsy occurred in 4 patients and left-sided in 3 patients.
