Cineaortography by countercurrent injection via the radial artery was performed for the diagnosis of aortic arch anomalies in four infants with congenital heart anomalies. A patent ductus arteriosus, a hypoplastic pulmonary arteries and a normal aortic arch were demonstrated respectively by this method.
