Craniofrontonasal dysplasia(CFND), a rare congenital syndrome, is characterized by varying degrees of frontonasal dysplasia, craniosynostosis, and variable extracranial abnormalities. It was first reported by Cohen in 1979. The inheritance pattern is not straightforward.
