Comparison between Kawasaki disease with lymph-node-first presentation and Kawasaki disease without cervical lymphadenopathy

Purpose

Angioimmunoblastic lymphadenopathy is a lymphoma like disorder consisting of generalized lymphadenopathy, hepatosplenomegaly, skin rashes, often associated with dysgammag- lobulinemia. We have experienced recently 3 year old female complaining of generalized lymphadenopthy, fever, hepatomegaly and hypergammaglobulinemia, and was proved as angioimmunoblastic lymphadenopathy histologically.
