Tracheoesophageal fistula is rare congenital anomaly. A 3 days old female infant was admitted to our department of pediatrics because of mild dyspnea, vomiting and dehydration. T-E fistula was suspected by simple chest X-ray after insertion of the rubber catheter into the esophagus and confirmed by esophagogram with Dionosil.
