Recently, we experienced a case of renovascular hypertension in 7 year-old boy, who came with chief complaints of protracted vomiting and severe headache for 2 days. Right after admission, he developed seizure and loss of consciousness lasting 5 minutes. Blood pressure was 230/180 mmHg at that time.
