Spinal epidural hematoma results from various causes such as use of anticoagulants, hemorrhagic diathesis, pregnancy, labor, arteriovenous malformation and spinal anesthesia as well as idiopathic orgin. We report a 3-year-old boy who was found to have spinal epidural hematoma and presented with lower back pain and fever.
