A case of Takayasu's arteritis, type I in a 10 years old girl was reported.
The diagnosis was confirmed by aortography which showed occlusion of the right and
left subclavian artery, left carotid artery and markedly stenosed origin site of right common carotid arrery.
No abnormal findings on the abdominal aorta was demonstrated. A brief review of literatures was made.
