Autopsy findings revealed that abundent lymphoblastic leukemic cell infiltrated in bone marrow, liver, spleen, kidney, and other organs in male newborn infant who died six hours after birth. A case of bilateral polycystic kindney which cysts of liver and pancreas in 10 month-old girl is presented.
