This is a case report of rare salmonella myocarditis due to salmonella sepsis. It was diagnosed as physical examination, chest X-ray, laboratory data and EKG. A brief review of related literature was also presented.

Recently,we experienced a case of idiopathic hypersplenism in a 6 year old boy who had longstanding history of pallor, bleeding tendency and large palpable mass on his left upper abdomen.
