A case of McCune-AlbrighVs syndrome in a 9 year old girl was presented. Physical examination showed cutaneous pigmentation, multiple bony deformity and sexual precosity. Recently, she suffered from the pain on lower extremities and vaginal dischage. The diagnosis was confirmed by characteristic clinical features, radiologic evidence and biochemical a say.
