Five hundred and fifty-seven electrocardiograms were taken from 356 cases of diphtheric children
admitted to Kyungpook National University Hospital in the period from Jan. I960 to Dec. 1972.
The findings of electrocardiograms were analyzed on the basis of the conventional methods.

There have been a few cases of Wilson’s disease reported in Korea. This paper presents the
hepatic form of Wilson,s disease and reviews pertinent literatures.
Hepatic involvement remains the most likely manner for presentation in the pediatric age group,
and therefore the diagnosis needs serious consideration in any child with symptoms and signs of
liver disease, acute or chronic.
