A 28 day old female with superficial lymphadenopathy, hepatosplenomegaly and petechiae was admitted to the department of pediatrics at the Wallace Memorial Baptist Hospital on Oct. 73. Peripheral blood smear and bone marrow studies revealed acute lymphocytic leukemia.

A case of congenital creinism in a 2 year 6 month old female is reported after treatment with dessicated thyroid for 8 months.
