Two Cases of Omphalocele

Two cases of omphalocele were presented. Case (I ) was transferred to Ewha Womans hospital 2 hours after birth with omphalocele measuring 6X8cm in diameter. The birth, weight was 2.4 kg. The contents(stomach, small intestine) of sac were easily reduced and primary repair was performed. He had an uneventful postoperative course and was discharged on the 22 th postoperative day.
