Clinical observation about 122 neonates of elderly primiparas above 35 years old was atte- mpted on 19,927 neonates, who were delivered at II Sin Women’s Hospital during 3 years from January 1979 to December 1980. The Harlequin fetus-ichthyosis fetalis-is known to be rare. Recently, we experienced a case of Harlequin fetus in stillborn infant due to autosomal recessive inheritance likely. A review of literature was done briefly.

We experienced a case of lactobe玄dar in a premature neWbcirn infant who underwent Iresec-tion and end-to-end anastomosis for ileal atresia. Lactobezoar was removed by vomiting on 17 th day postoperatively. Microscopic examination of the bezoar revealed fat globules and qualitative analysis was not performed.
