A Case of Moyamoya Disease in Child.

A childhood case of moyamoya disease with subarachnoid hemorrhage is reported. This patient exhibited left hemiparesis, dysarthria, convulsion and mental retardation. He also had characteristic angiographic picture: occlusion of supraclinoid segment of both internal carotid arteries, combined with collateral networks in the base of brain.

A typical case of collodion baby was reported. On admission, the entire skin surface of this infant was covered with collodion-like membrane with fissures and exfoliations. Statistical observation was performed on 2, 022 cases of neonates which were seen at the Nursery, Seoul National University Hospital, during the past 2 years and 9 months from Dec. 1972 to Aug. 1975. The results were as following; 1.The average sex ratio of male to female was 1.07 : 1. Among 2, 022 neonates, 10.5% were low birth weight (<2,500gm)....
