Two siblings of myasthenia gravis were admitted with chief complaints of generalized weakness and ptosis.
We confirmed these patients by neostigmine test and managed with anticholinesterase therapy. A brief review of related literature was made.

We were experienced a case of cryptococcal meningitis in 6-year old girl, which was cured successfully by singly-used Amphotericin B. Review of references concerning cryptococcosis was made briefly.
