A case of Juvenile Diabetic Coma.

We experienced a case of Juvenile diabetes mellites with coma in a 20-month-old male baby. On admission, he was comatous and markedly dehydrated and he illustrated Kussmaul respiration. Laboratory data showed 750mg% of blood suggar and 4+ of urine sugar. Just after admission, fluid theraphy and insulin therapy were started.
