A case of incontinentia pigmenti in a 6-month old girl is reported. The patient showed typical skin lesions of this disease and mild nystagmus with the history of seizures and poor-weight gain. Histological findings of the skin lesion were compatible with the diagnosis of incontinentia pigmenti in second stage. A brief review of literature was made.

Chronic Constrictive Pericarditis in Childhood

Five cases of chronic constrictive pericarditis were presented. The youngest patient was 5 year-old and all of 5 cases were male. The common chief complaints were abdominal distention and dyspnea with the duration between 5 months to 3 years. Engorgement of neck vein and hepatomegaly were found in all 5 cases.
