Effect of Adriamycin on Lipid Metabolismin Rats.

This experiment was carried out to investigate the disturbance of lipid metabolism after long-term administration of adriamycin in rats (2.5 mg/kg/week for 5 weeks, S.C.). Changes of Serum lipids, GOT, GPT, LDH, albumin, BUN, and creatinine were investigated after administration of adriamycin.
