A Case of Aplastic Anemia Following hepatitis.

We experienced a case of aplastic anemia following hepatitis in a 4-year-old girl. Pancytopenia was developed during the convalescent period of hepatitis, and it was getting worse, while serial data of liver function test showed improvement.
