A clinicostatistical study was done on 282 cases of renal diseases which were admitted in the pediatric ward of S.N.U.H., during the 5 years from Jan. 1973 to Dec. 1977. The diagnosis of uncommon, primary pulmonary hypertension is made only after the known causes of pulmonary hypertension have been excluded. Two cases of primary pulmonary hypertension confirmed clinically by cardiac catheterization, angiocardiography, lung scanning and pulmonary function test. Are presented with literature review.

A case of weber-Christian disease with nephrotic syndrome is presented. A 6-year-old boy was refered for further evaluation of nephrotic syndrome and multiple nodules in all extremities and trunk in Nov. 1975.
