159 cases of purulent meningitis were observed at the presbyterian hospital in Taegu, Korea during
11 years period between 1960〜1970. A clinical and stastistical observations were made with following results.

Two siblings of Laurence-Moon-Biedl Syndrome who had obesity, mental retardation, polydacty-
lism, hypogonadism, and retinitis pigmentosa in 13 year old girl and 10 year old boy were presented
and a brief review of literratures was made.
