Chronic granulomatous disease is a group of rare disorders characterized by a disease of oxidative metabolism of phagocytes with deficit of antimicrobial activity. Also, it has clinical features of chronic pyogenic infection, granuloma formation, hypergammaglobulinemia, anemia and leukocytosis.
