Neonatal vocal cord paralysis is the second most common laryngeal anomaly, which accounts for approximately 10% of all congenital laryngeal lesions. Neonate with bilateral vocal cord paralysis are charactenzed with a glottic obstruction which usually shows dyspnea and inspiratory stridor.
