A Case of Organic Diabetes Insipidus due to Tuberculous Menigitis

A case of organic diabetes insipidus is presented. The patient was 11 years old girl when she was first seen in this department, who had a past history of tuberculous meningitis. Hickey-Harre test showed negative result, and pitressin positive. Serum sodium and chloride levels were raised above normal. Chest X-ray showed calcified hilar lymphnodes.
