A Case of Ganglioneuroma in the Posterior Mediastinum

We recently experienced a case of ganglioneuroma asrised from sympathetic apparatus in posterior mediastinum which was successfully excised and histologically proved to bs well differentiated ganglioneuroma, in a 10 year-old Korean girl. We also reviewed the literatures briefly.
