We experienced a case of Marfan syndrome in 10 year-old girl with dolichomorphism, myopia,
dilatation of ascending aorta, PDA, mitral valve prolapse.
Diagnosis was established by clinical characteristics with echocardiography and cardiac catheter-
ization. And also, Pertinent literatures on Marfan svndrome were reviewed briefly. |
