Salmonella Typhi Osteomyelitis

We experienced a 10 years old female having a typhoid fever with osteomyelitis in the left femur neck due to salmonella typhosa. Diagnosis was established by widal test,bacterial culture of pus from periosteal collection and radiological evidences and a brief review of litertures was made.

We experienced a case of Hand-Schiiller-Christian disease in a 2 years 11 months old boy. The patient had complaints of multiple soft nontender swelling masses on the scalp, moderate exophthalmos (right side) and pallor.
