We have experienced 2 cases of congenital bronchial anomalies in children. In one case, the right
middle lobe bronchus originated from the right upper lobe bronchus, and all branches of the bronchial
tree including the right main bronchus showed severe deformity.
In another case, two upper lobe bronchi originated from the right main bronchus. These bronchial
