Detection of Cytomegalovirus DNA in Urine Culture Using Polymerase Chain Reaction

Polymerase chain reaction(PCR) amplication was used to detect cytomegalovirus (CMV) in tissue culture from the ruine of newborns and patients who was suspected CMV infection.
