A Case of Child Desquamative Interstitial Pneumonia.

Desquamative interstitial pneumonia (DIP) is a variant of idiopathic interstitial pneumonias, but characteristicalIy has massive desquamation and proliferation of alveolar cells into the distal air space with minimal fibrosis of the alveolar wall.
