A Case of Double Outlet Left Ventricle with subaortic Ventricular Septal Defect and Pulmonary Atresia.

Double outlet left ventricle is one of the rarest and least well understood congenital anomalies the heart, with means that more than 1 l/2great arteries arise above the morphologically left ventricle. We experienced a case of double outlet left ventricle (S,L,L) with subaortic ventricular septal defect and pulmonary atresia in a male neonate, which was diagnosed at autopsy. A brief review of literature was made.
