We experienced a case of Hallermann-Streiff syndrome in a 3 month old male with hepatitis B
characterized by dyscephaly with bird face, proportionate nanism, hypotrichosis, atrophy of skin,
bilateral microphthalmia and congenital cataract. A brief review of literature was made.
