A case of McCune Albright syndrome in a 8 year old girl was presented.
Examination revealed polyostotic fibrous dysplasia, cutaneous pigmentation, sexual precocity and hyperthyroidism.
Recently, she has suffered from craniofacial deformity and thyroid gland enlargement.
The diagnosis was confirmed by characteristic clinical feature, radiologic evidence,biochemical assay and radioisotopic assay. A review of the literature was made briefly.
