We reported a case of renal tuberculosis in a 10-yr-old male child. He had complaints of dysuria and urinary frequency which were not improved through anappropriate antibiotics medication for 6 months. The diagnosis was confirmed by Ziehl-Neelson staining of urinary sedimentwas, I.V.P. and cystoscopy. A brief review of literatures was presented.
