We Have experienced a case of Turner’s syndrome with horseshoe kidney, hydronephrosis and gastrointestinal bleeding in a 5 months old female. The patient presented with huge palpable abdominal masses, high arched palate, micrognathia and hypoplasia of finger and toenails.
