A Case of Bilateral Wilms' Tumor.

Bilateral Wilms’ tumor is a relatively uncommon disease. We experienced a case of bilateral Wilms’ tumor in a 3 year 9 month-old boy. He had favorable histology on the both sides with pulmonary metastasis.
