Wolff-Parkinson-White(WPW) syndrome is characterized by electrographic evidence of ventricular preexcitation, which predisposes to supraventicular arrhythmias. Familial occurrence of WPW syndrome is uncommon. We observed two affected siblings in a family. Five members of the family underwent 12-lead electrocardiography and echocardiography.
