Myelofibrrosis is characterized by anemia, leukoerythroblastosis, extramedullary hematopoiesis, hepatosplenomegaly, osteosclerosis and fibrosis of bone marrow. Idiopathc myelofibrosis is usually a disease of the adult and is rare in the pediatric age group. Juvenile xanthogranuloma is characterized by multiple papules on forehead and scalp.
