Two Cases of Pulmonary Sequestrations.

We have experienced two cases of pulmonary sequestrations. The first case, 49/I2 year old girl, was admitted for ths evaluation of recurrent pneumonia of left lower lung. The diagnosis of pulmonary sequestration was made by aortography, which demonstrate tortuous aberrant artery suppling the left posterobasal segment from the intrathoracic descending aorta at Tlo 유卜 level, and the sequestration was successfully resected by lobectomy.
