We report a case of acute mixed lineage leukemia with both lymphoid and myeloid lineage characteristics (ANLL with Til) in a twelve-year-old girl who presented with fever and multiple petechiae. Bone marrow remission was obtained by treatment with acute lymphoid leukemia regiman (CCSG 106A).
