We experienced 20 cases of infantile diarrhea caused by Enteropathogenic E. Coli during 2 months from May. 1985 to Jun. 1985 at Yonsei medical center, Newborn nursery. We have experienced a case of Leiner’s disease characterized by generalized seborrheic dermatitis, intractable, severe diarrhea, marked wasting, and recurrent local and systemic infections. We are reporting this case with brief review of literatures.
